And now for a short break…

I’ve been posting a lot about Bologna recently, but as I continue to wrestle with WordPress which would pop my bubble of post travel euphoria if I wasn’t a person of such saintly, nay, ungodly patience, let me tell you about the cutest, cleverest, nuttiest, silliest little froggies in the world. They live in [...]

pardon our dust while we do some housecleaning…

i upgraded wordpress yesterday and broke my stylesheets which i’ve subsequently upgraded. but i’m afraid everything here is still in a bit of a shambles at the moment, really.
for example, under firefox, i’ve noticed that the right nav has decided to duck under the entries on the frontpage and images are missing on some [...]

You don’t [...]

Out Riding

This one is dedicated to Erik, Jeff and a mysterious 3rd rider.
May you have the legs of Indurain and the heart of Merckx.

Recovering From Halloween

That would be in reference to the pumpkins, of course.

M. Ricciardi, Magician

Prior to my session with Mr. Rossetti, I had some time to work with Maddalena Ricciardi, a young and incredibly promising student of magic.
Maddalena has constructed a moving, exquisite gem of a performance around her illusions and seeing her work up close and in the bright sunlight of the studio apartment she shares with Lorenzo [...]
